Bakwan Sayur , is a fried type of fried vegetables for snacking or to accompany meals.
- 1 Sachet from Bakwan & Perkedel Frying Flour.
- 400 -500 grams of a fine-cut vegetables mix (kale, carrots, soy sprouts, sweet corn, leek)
- Chopped parsley
- 2 eggs (or 100ml of water for vegan food)
- Vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix to obtain a homogeneous paste. Place small pieces in the pan, with the oil already hot, and fry until golden brown.
